I've yet to be surprised about anything concerning this stock.

Dry/plugged oil wells they acquire for FREE. No oil production, no oil revenues.

No audit, no Form 10 filing. In fact they only file with the OTC when they have stock to dump.

A so called JV, where neither Porter or Shameberg have enough knowledge of the oil industry to create a believable pump. They are basically lazy clowns. But even lazy clowns can make money off of naive retail.

My recent favorite: LeRoy with his pretend financing. We won't hear from him again.

Nothing to be surprised about is there? It's the typical microcrap oil scam. Pretend to have assets. Pretend to have a JV partner. Pretend to have financing. As filler pretend you are going to register the stock with the SEC. Then dump shares into the market diluting the willies out of the stock. Retail pie eyed dreamers won't notice.
