Nothing good has happened since 06/06/2014.

The history of Hipple is that he walks away from a shell when it gets suspended.

After the suspension the shell doesn't have any value.

The storyline will be that AEGY didn't consummate the purchase agreement for PharmaJanes so it might show up in another share selling scheme.

The facts are SKTO/AEGY are dead shells - Hipple and Jan have moved on.
