Don't forgot about the Preferred shares.......

it means the entire float could be purchased for about $500,000. If it got that low, I would imagine a group of people, including some on this board, would buy shares and the company entirely. Just BUY IT OUT. Heck, for $500,000, I think the contracts and contacts they have are WELL worth it. really.

And how would anyone know what the float is?
