PZOO is setting some sort of record. They filed the first S-1 in February, and today was the 6th amendment, the third amended S-1 within a month. The main difference between this one and the one from 9/22 is that the company was forced to add a bunch of boilerplate language about marijuana (no big deal), and they finally corrected the signature that had included Antonio Del Hierro, who is no longer Co-CEO.
