The captain be of the opinion herbster, at this point given the history here, that the commodore is better off bein silent wit no PRs until everythin is in place, up n' runnin, startin to make $$$$.

To the captain it would otherwise be meaningless.

When or rather if things are in fact rollin, that would be a better time n' place fer multiple PRs which may in turn generate a decent PPS in me opinion.

But then, who am I ? ...
