Not really any different than the pitch you would have seen with Red Chip presentations.

We need money to advance the bioactive. Got positive independent results and collaboration with Zoetis. I suspect Dahl gave away too much control to Zoetis in the deal.

Need money to advance Wellmetris. Or a vested partner in either one. 2 years ... and investors still waiting for "Gen One".

The bioactive and Wellmetris are both tangible. No mystery.

I'd be all for Dahl and Rice salary reduced to $1 until such time as $$$ rolling. Both their contracts need to be redone as it is ..... Dahl has laughable 2% clause. Rice .... 50,000 warrants per Q for doing his job. And for what is written into the quarterly filing, Rice should be giving back money to the company as those are so poorly written they are laughable.
