What some real facts now?
Robins was just dumb. He bought the Goldenberg / Noveshen sht hook line and sinker. He turned on the dudes he contracted with for the engine technology. I was talking with Art weekly at that time. I warned him about Webber. At least to the extent I could. I wanted Art to succeed.
Once Noveshen brought in Medgen the sht hit the fan. I believe Webber said Goldenberg wrote them a 50k ck for PR work. Dworkin said pay it or no more funding. Meanwhile the NIR shortin team was doing their thing and the engine development stopped cause the funds went to Medgen, Noveshen and Dworkin. They were all fkin Ribotskt too.
Webber never told me what was comin. He don't play that way. He did say that all involved would regret their bukksht. I warned Art. All he did was rant on about how no one could out vote him. Then came the eveny none of you will totally understand. Art paid the rotary debt with shares and gave up controlling interest. Then they removed him. Next Goldemberg was axed too.
After all this and with NIR / Ribotsky swirling down the toilet, Noveshen shows back up and claims he has a note due. Read the NY court docs. All that got was a laugh from webber.
I warned Art and the IH readers way back when this was goin down. I'd investigated Ribotsky and Noveshen. These dudes prey on the Penny company mentality that most CEO's have. Despite me warning Art, they all thought they had ECMH by the balls. They still have no idea what they were dealin with.
ECMH had or has one of the coolest products I've seen in awhile. The XBoard was awesome. Art brought that to the table and webber brought the engine to power it. Art was sending the CAD drawings for the engines to friggin CHINA behind Webber's back. Ribotsky, Dworkin and Noveshen were connin NIR investors, lending that money to companies and getting stock at a huge discount which they dumped through Domestic Securities and played short.
See any issues above that might piss off a dude that brought the engine technology that ECMH needed? Now go ask other company boards how Noveshen and dworkin screwed them.
