JP, My Guess here is that this was a one time 240,000,000 (milly) buy, by DSCR. If this was an investor, someone from the outside buying shares, 240+ milly would have driven up the price to at least .0008 or higher. This explains why CANT & VNDM were sitting at .25 cents pps. They were waiting to see what would happen.

No what I think what really happened is that DSCR bought back 240,000,000 of their own shares. Hopefully this will be announced at a later date in a PR to boost up the share price. If this second scenario is correct, then it explains "where all the shares came form, without sig. movement in share price. It also explains why the volume just Died off afterward ---save for a few retail folks who smelled something going on and decided to get (more?) on board. This should then be released in a future PR.
