Looks like Chalk got erased from a prior company he founded.

David Chalk, the founder of Doppler Computer who was fired by Doppler shortly after the Ballard acquisition, has made bootless attempts to reach a settlement with Asean over what he believes was wrongful dismissal. Now that he sees that Asean doesn't have the liquidity to continue Doppler's operations in America, he has little hope of any financial compensation, Chalk said.
