Eric Noveshen didn't care for Scott Webber. something about Webber involved in getting Art Robins thrown out of encompass holdings or preventing Noveshen from getting $$ he Thought he was owed by ecmh.
Art supposedly had some great motor technology so in 2009 we went down to the Florida Keys to an auction to look for a paddle boat type thing that this motor could work with to make their own company apart from ecmh.

Art never struck me as seedy to sneaky, seemed more like Noveshen pointed out he was in a nasty divorce and Art was in a divorce from a woman who worked part time for the Attorney General. they both owed each other about 200k and just left it that way - 200k less that had to be accounted for in divorce court, EN's ideology.
