All is not lost. A friend of mine attended a conference today in Vaughan focusing on Canadian Home Care technologies. He told me that one of the speakers was Sal Causi Health Executive from IBM who actually described IBM's partnership with Kallo Inc to provide mobile care to remote areas of Western Africa. I was able to find a link to the conference schedule. So, although we haven't heard much, clearly IBM believes in the solution otherwise they wouldn't be talking about it.
