As far as I can tell the NDR PR contract with Dominion Resources of sept 3 was a complete phony scam using the Dominion financials for their pump, but Dominion Gas is a holding Co. and supply their own NG anyway.
Went ahead and read through their 11/14 10Q ...wasted time.
Not to mention their pps is about 70 dollars, why would they go to some pink sheet like NDR anyway? It was a plan to rip off investors and it worked.
