In an answer to your question, the office meeting with some shareholders or employees of MMMW with a corporate officer does not require minutes or documentation being taken which is similar to corporate officers having lunch or coffee at a coffee shop with shareholders. The office does not share office space either. Requirements for MMMW officers to take the minutes of a lunch with employees and shareholders do not exist.
