"Overall survival will be presented at the time of the meeting."

Either there was no new OS numbers, in which case this was a misstatement. Or the company is sitting on public and material information days after presentation. Either way, it seems they have a responsibility to investors to either inform us of the misstatement or inform us of the updated OS on this stage 1 population.

Since the close of market on Friday, when they could have released the information, the price of the stock has fallen 20%. Of course, we know there are causes external to HALO that are likely responsible, but we shouldn't have to worry about the company hiding anything from its stakeholders.
