I think the turn-a-round efforts are sincere, but at this point, to move forward, the long term ECOB shareholder will take a big hit, will be severely diluted and by necessity is last on the list of priorities. You just can't benefit long term shareholders and fix a disaster like this at the same time. Something has to give and it is me and you right now. Massive dilution and a future reverse split are coming. Whether the new team can actually start high volume sales quickly, or at all, is still questionable.
