That doesn't sound right. Their abstract clearly states OS will be updated. I don't think you can get a poster accepted at any ECC meeting that is identical to ASCO's. Every poster presented at a scientific meeting is considered a publication by its authors. In the game of academic research, counting publications is like a Boy Scout counting merit badges. Essentially duplicating ASCO's presentation, and then qualifying for the conference with a quick update to OS, might be equivalent to the basket-weaving badge but, hey, it still fills up the sash!

Yesterday, I wrote a brief email to Dr. Hingorani and cc'd it to halozyme's IR, asking for the OS numbers. I email authors of interesting publications every now and then and I always get a response. (My wife earned her PhD under a very prominent researcher back when and it was often her job to craft the responses, on behalf of her advisor, to inquiries like mine.) if there are new OS numbers, they are public now, and I should get a brief response. If there are no new OS numbers, I would hope HALO IR would respond and correct the abstract's misstatement. If I hear anything, I'll share.
