Of course dividing Tox into 3 phases CAn be done, but the question is why is this unique to NNVC? Why does every other company do Tox as a single study, yet NNVC specifically breaks theirs out into 3 steps?

The answer is because the started Tox KNOWING THEY NEEDED 2.5Kgs of material and also knowing they could not manufacture more than sub 200g quantities. But the natives were getting restless, so they started OVER A YEAR AGO with insufficient material to complete. They knew it, BASi knew it, but we didn't know it…not until much later when they had to say they were no longer using the existing (older) facility for manufacturing Tox material (as they had previously announced) and said they were doing it at the new facility. At least they will once they complete scale up (which they had previously announced as being completed).

They broke it up into 3 pieces to make it appear progress was being made when in actuality, Tox is completely halted and has been for about a year.

If I say I can run a marathon and then announce I am going to actually run 26x 1 mile races, is that the same thing? How about if I say I have completed training to run a marathon, and then say, no, I am still working on training but can run 26x 1 mile races and will soon be able to run 4x 6.5 ,lie races and am working my way up to running a full 26 mile race, is my claim that I can run a marathon still valid?
