company's audit is near completion. We have added year end 2014 to the audit, as well as oil and gas reserve reports. Once SEC Fully Reporting status is achieved, we will submit the proper paperwork to migrate to the OTC-QB tier.

The Company's JV partner, JFK Oil terminal Corp., is raising five million dollars for financing major projects, including one project at its Pennsylvania terminal.

JFK and Bayport will share in revenues from all such associated projects, as well as any future joint ventures between the two companies.
