Not sure if this is worth it "at this time". As you wrote ...

As everyone already knows, the coins are popping up on shore in a tight area, the mag hits show a tight area, and everything seems to be pointing towards a wreck in a specific area. A n area I think (And hope) we will FINALLY be able to dive VERY soon. So I'd say "WHy give this guy a small percentage to tell us to dive where we already are planning to dive anyway. Very specifically where we are planning to dive." IF however we dive there and find no wreck, and we are back to just searching for one, THEN maybe I'
d look at what he has to offer. But I'd say dive site #3 in the new permitted area (when the permit comes in) and see what we find FIRST. Before we offer someone a small percentage for information we already know.
