Dear Stockholders,

The Great American Truck Show was a success. Our booth totally sold out of product by midday Saturday. We have been contacted by many of the attendees that purchased our product, some of which were quite skeptical about the real benefit of the product, and without exception, they have all been very pleased with the product. In fact, several have reported that they truly could not believe how much better their truck runs with the Dynamo product in it. I hope to have some of these testimonials on the web site soon.

I am very pleased to report that I heard many similar comments from drivers who were at the show and who had bought their first bottle at a Pilot Flying J and they gave Dynamo high marks for improved performance, enhanced MPG, and visible reduction in emissions.

We are continuing our program at Pilot Flying J and are hopeful that we will be expanding the program in the very near future. Additionally, we have an additional Dynamo product in the pipeline that will complement our diesel additive. We have just recently signed additional contracts for distribution of our additive products. We announced our new agreement on the Dynamo product line in Canada yesterday and expect to announce additional dealers soon.

On the fuel front, the fuel rollout is progressing very nicely, as evidenced by our announcement yesterday. We have added two new retail locations for our EcoFlex 96™ and expect to add additional locations. Just as we have done with the Pilot Flying J locations for fuel additives, we will post the address and the names of the stations as they come on line with the product. The Municipal Government rollout of EcoFlex96™ continues to progress well and the initial indications from the users have all been positive. We have our second municipality lined up and are hopeful that we will be pumping fuel for their flex fuel fleet in November.

I would also like at this time to comment on the progress that we are making at the medical division. As we move forward with the CNV/Acculife system JV, both companies have been working hard to get the two technologies merged together and the progress to date has been excellent. The EncounterCare and Acculife technologies combined together offer technological solutions to the medical community in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep apnea, stroke and cardio-pulmonary disease. Depending on the clinical condition of the client, the Acculife sensor, can track, record, and report in real time such medical information as Actigraphy, Heart Rate Variability and Blood Oxygen levels which are primary indications in sleep apnea. Additionally, the device can track similar data including blood pressure trends and the associated blood oxygen levels in cardio-pulmonary patients. The associated algorithms and charts assist with evaluations and treatments. Alerts can be programmed to automatically alert the subscriber or the subscriber’s physician or caregiver if any of the parameters that are being monitored are out of compliance. The new Acculife product and program can give professional athletes and other corporate customer’s new and exciting information to help manage their individual or work force health goals.

The two companies have also been busy combining their business plans into a single comprehensive document that we will be introducing to the financial community in approximately two weeks. On October 15TH, we will be attending the Dawson-James Financial Boot Camp where we will debut our new consolidated plan. There has been considerable interest in our new JV. While this is certainly not a foregone conclusion, our goal in structuring the JV is to spin the healthcare division out of our parent company. If we are successful in this endeavor, then we plan on providing stockholders of record a dividend in the form of stock in the new company to be named Acculife, Inc. More detailed information will be given to stockholders as the process continues and as we meet milestones toward the goals as I have outlined.

Thank you for your continued confidence in the company.

Regards,
