Based on what I read, they made a deal with Clear Channel and did not get paid as promised. The company hired a lawyer to try to get its money but was stone walled.

Please provide said link to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission 8K Material event that contains this Imagination TV Inc about Steven M Samblis's attorney and Clear Channel.

Please provide the link to the information that Steven Samblis sent the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission about pursuing Clear Channel for missing revenue.

IT CANNOT BE DONE ;)

This company was robbed and hired a lawyer to tried to get the money back.

IMO Very silly IMTV information right now in light of investor losses.
