a reminder to please use "control person" versus "owner" of a public company. For all stockholders of EIGH are the "owners" of EIGH. Bryant was never the "owner" of EIGH.



Good point... who was the owner of this shell? Even with all the info I gathered I was never able to determine that, obviously Bryant was the mastermind behind it, but I didnt think he actually owned this thing.
