yes, one would have to kick themselves for not buying colv when you look at that chart. over 100 mil sold at .09+ levels in june. most of os is restricted and float is only around 200 mil. over half the float held at .09+ levels. colv headed to multi-pennies. .02-.03 seems like a given.
