While the deal structure may suck, management is responsible for this mess. When u take a deal like this u need to put business building into hyperdrive! All management is doing is hiring friends and family and sucking the money out with no business progress. If they opened a new store every week and communicated with investors we wouldn't have such a problem IMHO...
