Based on what I read, they made a deal with Clear Channel and did not get paid as promised. The company hired a lawyer to try to get its money but was stone walled.

Several years ago I was robbed walking into my hotel room from the car. The thief took my watch and wallet. I called the police, made a report but they never got my stuff back. That was a horrible experience.

Nobody called me a POS or scum bag for getting robbed.

This company was robbed and hired a lawyer to tried to get the money back.

They did what they should have done in this situation.
