Review of Annual Report

Very Good: 2 new corporate advisers to add on top of Mary Strobel (ex- AT&T exec). Patricia Parham (PhD) appears, she owns her own consultation business which aims to increase organizational efficiency. Rob Reid works with Alliance Technology Group, LLC. Which is a systems integrator specializing in Government Solutions (ring a bell?). He also lists several large corporations as partners on his LinkedIn page.

Good: It appears that zero dilution has entered the market. 480M outstanding still. Even despite the run up in April/May, they did not dilute.

Bad: Mentions of R/S still in the filing. Once again I'm of the camp that says... why the heck would you announce this? Either a) they don't care, b) it's not a negative for investors... you choose.

Good: Explicit callout of Verizon Partnership Program involvement:

The Company was later awarded a Vertical Solution
Partnership contract in April 2015, which provides us the connectivity for the solution using the most expansive LTE (4G) network at discounted rates.

Good: a)

Line of Credit with In Touch Credit Union in the amount of $249,329 is secured by Certificate of
Deposit in the amount of $249,450

Good: This should quell concerns that Telefix Technologies will missappropriate Intellectual Property:

On April 29th, 2015 the company formed a new LLC subsidiary, TeleFix Technologies (TTEC) to
streamline and better brand its smart technology offerings from the professional services operating
subsidiary. The CEO/Founder is the majority shareholder of this entity. TTEC will supply its smart
technologies to the professional services division to deliver turn-key services.
