YES!!!

I believe that the CC recommended by Judge Grewel is a much more focused and narrowed rendition of the specific 'novelty', of the "336" patent,which distinguises it from any and all previous inventions "AND", is being copied by the infringers..

Judge Grewel saw through all the semantic decorations hung onto
the simple and unique operation of the "336",and trimmed away all
but the essentials..IMO...

I look forward with optimism..

PS I took advantage of the downturn to enhance my portfolio...
