How can CTTC hold a shareholders meeting...

...when it is now ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY THREE DAYS past the "grace period" for filing its 1st quarter 10-Q and has STILL NOT even bothered to file a NT-10Q...

...AND now appears to be FORTY FOUR days late for reporting the 2nd quarter results and AGAIN has filed no NT-10Q!

How can shareholders vote on ANYTHING when they have NO information upon which to base a decision?
