Well, OBVIOUSLY, there is no way to be sure how much cash they have since they don't bother to file federally mandated SEC reports!

We DO know CTTC had all of $5,000 at the end of LAST YEAR! We DO know that CTTC's bank accounts have been attached by creditors. We DO know that CTTC's lawyer resigned because CTTC quit paying him! We DO know that OTHER lawsuits are ongoing. We DO know that there are liens on ALL of CTTC's "assets." We DO know that CTTC has about 3 MILLION dollars in debt which is accruing interest at around 18%.

I dunno, I think that unless there's a secret Swwiss bank account or some secret Cayman island subsidiary, one can pretty safely conclude that CTTC is BROKE.
