Oh yes. I first posted about CMKX on Raging Bull back in late 2002, when the scam was in its infancy. I'd followed PCBM before that. Do did Derfie and several of the others here.

As for reviving the company, Steve Kirkpatrick's trying, but I don't really see what he can do. After all, sooner or later a gigantic reverse split will be necessary, if he wants to take it public again. An o/s of 803 billion shares is not chopped liver.
