it is Megas's stated intention in that update to get us back trading on the OTCBB. which would be great. But how does that jive with the lawyers pursuing a settlement action which, if successful, would close out all our positions? i have tried to get Huxley to answer on this but he/they only answers certain people on certain things.

but if we get a settlement from brokers thru legal channels, our shares will be closed out, gone. so Megas' intention to get us fully trading again on the OTCBB would be irrelevant to those who got a settlement.
