Its been over a year since I filed with FINRA and my case was rejected, even though I provided the same argument those that supposedly won did. Even their case numbers to prove a precedent had been set, and still they rejected my claim. I've also not seen any new wins posted in the past year either. Considering there's nearly 2000 shareholders, surely some more would have won since the initial flurry of victories? Don't you think? It didn't take long for them to reject my claim.
