Yea but anyone who takes over this shell will probably have to live with the toxic financing of the past. Check it out, there was a lawsuit over it. It has been hammered to the ground and the buzzards are circling. Lots of convertible debt as excess baggage here. Who wants a shell that you are starting out will bills to pay?
