BUYERS BEWARE!!! They raised the A/S from 400 Million at the end of March 2014, to 1 Billion in June 2014, to 6 Billion for the end of Sept 2014. I was in this stock back then.

Their 10Q's ending March 31st, and June 30th(the quarter before the increase).

A/S was 400 Million
O/S was 213 Million

Then they first raised the A/S from 400 Million, to 1 Billion on June 17th.

A/S 1 Billion

They then increased it from 1 Billion, to 6 Billion in the 3rd quarter last year. Then from 3rd quarter last year, till now, 3rd quarter this year, they have added over 4 Billion shares in a year, taking the O/S to over 5 Billion of the 6 Billion. They most recently released that they are looking at raising the A/S now from 6 Billion to 10 Billion. Same quarters. This should allow them to dump 4 Billion more from this quarter(3rd quarter) to third quarter of 2016, at the same rate theyve been diluting. 4 Billion a year.

Their most recent filing. June 2015

A/S is 6 Billion
O/S was 4.6 Billion <<<<<<<< This was 3 months ago, so easily over 5 Billion, closer to 6 Billion as they sold shares this entire quarter, we are just now ending on Wednesday.

Mentions they are looking to raise to 10 Billion, shows, they are going to max in 3rd quarter, which is now about over.

With no business deals, just stated a month ago on the most recent CEO update, its not a good idea to buy into a stock about to dilute another 4 Billion this next year, each month getting closer and closer to that 10 Billion maxed number. Yet again, maxing out the A/S. For one year theyve done nothing but sell shares. They have no finance deals, distribution deals, or retailer deals, in the works. They had to file to get current to be able to sell into this next 4 Billion shares. Because as seen in the last 4 Billion, it wasnt so easy with many days of ZERO volume. Filing at least spends a little money to get folks talking, so they can dilute heavily into this, as they will need to get as far along into this next 4 Billion shares, with the least amount of days drying up to no volume. So expect the bulk of the shares to start diluting soon, the closest to the filings going current, because as the months pass, it will get harder and harder to keep selling at the volumes they will need. Which means it gets worse, earlier than later, as they wont have buyers later. So they will need to dilute heavy, quickly, before buyers dry up again, starting now.

An almost maxed 6 Billion A/S, about to increase to 10 Billion. So you can see the same 4 Billion cycle, coming up. And with nothing still in the works, as of a month ago, BUYERS BEWARE buying into this over-bloated mess.
