the skinny.............the convertible 300K debenture will be renegotiated with more dollars and better terms.........wddd is not going anywhere.......and will not be forced to settle anything unless its a positive deal.....the majority of the stock is in good hands other than a few impatient , foolish traders/investors and board posters...so the people that bought and sold ALL lost money based on the closing price of .07....why would anyone listen to those people that sold?
