Ever heard of reverse mergers as a way for private companies to enter the publicly traded markets with significantly less cost than going through the ordinary channels? Many OTC stocks with no real revenues or business trade because of this possibility. Also, some stocks without current revenues or business sometimes develop new products/services to make them viable as worthwhile stocks. It's a gamble for sure but isn't that the very nature of the OTC and why so many trade these stocks. GL
