I will mention your concern.

Please do that....It would not be ethical if he remembered to disclose and then didn't so I am sure he just forgot to file the quarterlies as he promised he would.

But at least he still remembers to file the old forwarding looking PR's that may never actually happen because nobody really knows the future.

Sounds like a new TV series..."The Ethical Scammer".
