All you will get from delinquent filings is the form letter that you received. Everything is confidential.

The SEC’s Office of Investor Education and Advocacy (OIEA) is responsible for addressing certain general questions about the Federal securities laws, complaints from individuals about issues concerning their personal financial matters, and complaints about financial professionals. Therefore, the OIEA would be better able to address the issues you raise. You may contact OIEA directly at help@sec.gov or 202-551-6500 or 1-800-732-0330 and obtain additional information by visiting www.sec.gov/investor.shtml.

You will have to fill out a complaint form. If your identity is an issue, it does not need to be included.

Thanks for keeping us all up to date.
