Ladenburg for sure did not get a placement contract, i think they shorted as well prior.. and when did not get the deal did the downgrade

Now the question still is

dilution and than contract

or contract/news and some sort of placement linked to it to finance expansion


risk still on , but not bothered here yet.. added some calls , slowly will build from here

failure can , but i doubt it, seems they got their act together now and should get a contract from it by a bigger player
