They never were useful. It was a waste of time from day 1. They would have come with a rule 144 restriction (1 year hold) anyway. SUTI shareholders were promised their own dividend and they never even cared about it. All dividend eye misting came from PRPM shareholders.

Although I was convinced that PRPM'ers would see their dividend, I don't think there is even a remote chance at this stage. If FINRA did not approve stock promoter Vakser's divi application by now, I'd say that the ship sailed. Next Jorge needs to depart from these 2 toxic Vakser shells and let Vakser pull his massive r/s here.
