What paper? I hope you're not quoting the Perry paper. According to them, that $700,000 was to be paid when the extension was signed. Are they NOW saying it's going to be paid in the next week or two? Was a Bionitrogen source quoted? How are they going to buy another piece of property? Are they getting another loan? I hope they don't overpay for it like they did last time. That $3.5M piece of land is assessed at $271,000...that's quite a difference in price.
