Look at the status of the SCM lawsuit

Filed in Jan of 2012, the latest status is to meet to schedule depositions. This is EARLY discovery. Trial date is over a year away.

Meanwhile, MMRF has no other patent infringement suits active and obviously has given up trying to sell product.

But someone is going to buyout MMRF??? Any buyout spoken of or talked about is part 3 of Lorsch's phony Lifestyle enhancement scheme.
