But they can't afford to file mandated SEC documents...

...so now CTTC is now ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY DAYS past the "grace period" for filing its 1st quarter 10-Q and has STILL NOT even bothered to file a NT-10Q...

...AND now it appears to be FORTY ONE days late for reporting the 2nd quarter results and AGAIN has filed no NT-10Q!

BUT it managed to file its "pre" 14A declaring it wants to raise the number of outstanding shares from 40 to 100 million!
