1) This is a very unique situation. The company has only 9.5M OS

2) They do have cash. They don't have to sell shares for now.

3) The insiders and the investors have bought shares at the last secondary at $0.88. So they can't just take huge loss and sell so soon, atleast not anytime soon.

4) They can't do a RS with 9.5M shares to remain listed.

5) Either they move to OTC or they have to move the pps $1.

6) Moving to OTC is a death warrant and the investors won't buy into it.

7) The only choice remaining is the investor have to buy back shares in the open mkt and help the pps.

8) This is a logical conclusion but who said anything works with logic in the mkt
