Only one of two scenarios in that case...someone is trying to induce selling or hoping for someone to paint up by buying shares.

Because even if they wanted someone to buy 10k shares at .125, that's not the way to do it, because no one is dumb enough to buy at the ask until we see progress.

Someone's trying to cause panic, I believe to scoop up more shares at the bid.

Go with the tide, just make sure you don't get caught in the undertow!
