NO big settlement with Verizon, Huawei, etc...they know for sure the share price will NOT be over $1... that was why they asked for extension to stay listing on NASDAQ. Also, they need money to fight CISCO and CISCO will drag this out for a long time. There is an IPR instituted filed by CISCO discussing on Yahoo message board. I don't have time to check on that yet...If that is true, then the whole dilution really makes sense now. They need $$$$$.
