I certainly agree--- this is the time to congratulate Mr.Frazier.

And, I noted in your other note, if his contract began in August 2012, and automatically renews every three years, as the release indicated, he just renewed his contract for another three years as CEO.

I am hoping he follows up on the SEC filing with a PR that provides some clarity on operations and reporting going forward.
A 10Q or 10K filing would be very nice at this point!
