I don't doubt your statement, but can you give me a link of where you found the information? This stock is f$#king trash. I intend to write it off at the end of the year to help offset other gains. (There goes $10,000...f%$kin scumbags.) Anyway, I want to document everything in case the tax man comes calling.

FYI---it makes sense why his email went down in August and he doesn't reply to anything. I hope karma comes for him.
