At least Koos had the decency to inform shareholders. Personally I don't think this is necessarily bad news, we still hold world wide rights for animal IP and the portfolio is continually expanding. To acquire an company if all the terms are not satisfactory would not be prudent and would certainly dilute.
At least we are seeing some action today. Good time to top up.IMO
