What is not clear is how they are going to market the DV.
As China is still a socialist republic they - perhabs - do not need marketing
The government just needs to pass a law that every car owner has to get the DV installed. I really like this idea.
But joking apart, thanks Solly for the info. It gives us at least a little inside what's going (better: not going) on in China.
